How do I create a CarsBH1 account?
Download the app, enter your phone number, name and email, then confirm with the one-time code we send to your phone. You can browse listings without an account and sign up when you want to chat, save or sell.
How do I search for a vehicle?
Use the search bar or pick a category. Filter by brand, model and variant, budget, year, kilometers, transmission and fuel type, then sort by most relevant, date published, or price.
What categories can I list?
Cars, motorcycles, tow trucks, heavy vehicles, boats and number plates.
How do I sell my vehicle?
Tap Post Your Ad, choose a category, add photos, select the brand, model and variant, then add fuel type, transmission, year, mileage, price, a title, a description and your phone number. Posting needs an active package. Your ad goes live after review.
How many photos can I upload?
At least 2 and up to 10 photos per ad, with a maximum of 5 MB per photo. The first photo is used as the main photo.
How do I manage my ads?
Open My Ads to see pending and rejected ads, including the reason an ad was rejected. From any ad you can edit, deactivate, delete or mark it as sold.
How do I promote my listing?
After you submit an ad you can feature it for 1 day (2.2 BHD), 2 days (4.4 BHD) or 3 days (5 BHD). You can also feature a live ad from your notifications.
What payment methods are available?
Your CarsBH1 wallet, Apple Pay, BenefitPay or a new credit card. You can top up your wallet and use the balance for packages and featured ads.
Can I contact a seller?
Yes. Chat with the seller in the app — you can share photos and your location — or call them from the listing. You need to be logged in to chat.
Does CarsBH1 support Arabic?
Yes. Choose English or Arabic when you first open the app, and change it any time from Account → Language.
